Apply for Membership with the Leeds Accreditation Scheme
If you are a private residential landlord who owns and lets at least one property in the Leeds City Council area and you wish to apply on-line to become a member of the Leeds Accreditation Scheme, or would like more information, please complete the following registration form.
Registering will enable us to confirm who you are by email and to provide you with more information about the scheme so that you can see the requirements and benefits of joining Leeds Accreditation Scheme before you apply.
On registration please check the inbox of your email address provided for an email sent by Leeds Accreditation Scheme to you and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. You will also be sent an email “Leeds Accreditation Scheme Application and Membership”, which will explain the application process, operation and scheme requirements. You are advised to read this carefully before making your application.

Your Application
To complete the application you must make a full postal address declaration.
If there is insufficient information to enable full consideration of the application an email will be sent out to you requesting further information within 14 days.
If no further information is received within 14 days your application will be rejected and you will be sent an email informing you of this.
When your application form has been satisfactorily completed and payment received you will receive an email confirming your application.
